The data was obtained using qRT–PCR. Contains normalized dCt values with experimental groups: “primitive streak” (PS), “neural plate” (NP), “head fold (HF), “four somite” blood/GFP⁺ (4SG), and “four somite” endothelial/GFP¯ (4SFG).
This data consists of 3934 cells × 42 genes.
